Sehore: In a shocking incident, a man was hacked to death with an axe when he went to buy bricks at a brick kiln near Karbala bridge in Madhya Pradesh's Sehore. It is alleged that a labourer killed the man with a sharp axe late in the evening and the body was cut into several pieces. The police reached the spot and arrested the culprit.  

At the same time, demanding strict punishment for the culprit and compensation to the family, the family blocked the road by placing the body at Kotwali square. The crowd present there created a ruckus due to this. The ruckus subsided after the police-administration persuaded and assured. According to the news received, Suraj Kushwaha was killed by a laborer with an axe when he went to collect bricks near Karbala bridge in Kotwali police station area. The neck was also separated from the torso.    

After the murder, the criminal sat at the scene of the incident. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and arrested him. The police also recovered the sharp axe used in the murder from the spot. It is being said that the culprit is mentally challenged, due to which there is a lot of anger among the families of the deceased. The family members said that the police should investigate the matter properly and strict punishment should be given to the culprit. The matter is being investigated by the police.
