New Delhi: After Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray, now BJP MP Roopa Ganguly has also raised the issue of loudspeakers in mosques. She said "I don't understand whether we had loudspeakers during the establishment of the religion.'' Not only that, she said that other people should not be considered crazy while campaigning for one religion.

Recently, MNS chief Raj Thackeray had said that loudspeakers of mosques should be switched off. If this is not done soon, he will play Hanuman Chalisa in a loud voice in front of those same mosques. Now BJP MP from Bengal Roopa Ganguly said that playing loudspeakers 5-10 times a day should be stopped. At the same time, in Karnataka, voices are also being raised against loudspeakers. Here, Shriram Sena leader Pramod Mutalik has warned the Karnataka government against the use of loudspeakers.

Shriram Sena chief Pramod Mutalik has said that the government has created silent zones. Hospitals, schools, government offices and residential areas are part of the silent zone. In these four localities, loudspeakers installed in mosques are disturbing the peace. That's why we started a fight against it. Similarly, shopkeepers from one community were barred from doing business during the Deviramma temple festival in Chikmagalur. This festival of Deviramma temple lasts for a week. It is not allowed to trade any type of meat for a week during this festival.
