Kajol's property, according to the report, is 771 square feet in size. This apartment is located on the 21st level of Hiranandani Gardens' Atlanta project. This apartment's lease and licencing agreement was recorded on December 3rd. The renter has put Rs 3 lakh in security money, according to the paperwork.

The rent for this flat, that is still Rs90,000, will increase by another year. After a year, the monthly cost will be Rs. 96,750. Here's Kajol's residence in Powai.
