According to the report, the 26-year-old woman's name is Kelly Johanna Tamayo Borquez. Kelly, a mother of 4, was allegedly threatened by her former partner. The mutilated body of Kelly Johanna was found on the morning of January 30 at Biosaludable Park in Buga, Valle. According to local reports, it seemed that first Kelly was stripped of her clothes and then she was beaten to death with sticks and stones. There were serious injury marks on her body.  

According to the report, even Kelly Johanna's face in the barbaric attack was not recognizable. Police, who are investigating, have also found evidence of the sexual assault. The deceased's aunt, Alexandra Borquez, said: "She was attacked on her head with stones and sticks, she was dragged, she also fought with the attacker.'' Alexandra added: "We demand justice and appeal for the matter to be resolved as soon as possible. The offenders should not be released without punishment.'' In this incident, the local police commander, Colonel Nelson Dabe Parado, said, "We have a special investigation group, which is capable of solving these kinds of unfortunate cases."
