Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is in the midst of resignations. After cabinet minister Swami Prasad Maurya, Dara Singh Chauhan has now resigned from CM Yogi's cabinet. Tell me Dara Singh is MLA madhuban assembly seat. In a letter to Governor Anandi Ben Patel, Chouhan accused the Yogi government of ignoring dalits, backward and youth.

Tell me, Swami Prasad Maurya had recently resigned as cabinet minister in UP. Swami Prasad Maurya had sent his resignation to Governor Anandiben Patel. Since then, it is being reported that he may soon quit the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and join the Samajwadi Party (SP).

In his resignation to UP Governor Anandiben Patel, Cabinet Minister Swami Prasad Maurya said, "As Minister of Labour and Services and Coordination, I have discharged responsibility with great concentration even in the face of adversity and ideology, but I resign from the Cabinet of Uttar Pradesh because of the grossly neglectful attitude of dalits, backward, farmers, unemployed youth and small and medium scale traders.", the Prime Minister said.
