Mumbai: Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde has rebelled against the Shiv Sena and formed the government in Maharashtra in alliance with the BJP. Ever since the establishment of the Shinde government, the MLAs and MPs have chosen the Shinde faction route. Due to this, it was the turn of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) after giving several setbacks to Uddhav Thackeray. In Jalgaon, hundreds of NCP workers have joined the Shinde group. This is a major setback for NCP's veteran MLA Eknath Khadse.

NCP leader Eknath Khadse has been given several setbacks one after the other by the Shinde government. Now once again, Shinde faction MLA Chandrakant Patil has given him a jolt. Hundreds of NCP workers from Salshingi village in Bodwar taluka of Jalgaon district have joined the Shinde group. Muktainagar MLA Chandrakant Patil has trusted Shinde and entered his faction.

Muktainagar is considered to be the stronghold of Eknath Khadse. The dispute between Chandrakant Patil and the Khadse family has reached its peak in the last few days. Now, after Chandrakant Patil joined the Shinde faction, the front against Khadse has been opened. Meanwhile, just two days ago, the Shinde group and the BJP coalition government gave a big jolt to Eknath Khadse. A committee has been constituted by the government to look into the irregularities and corruption in the District Milk Cooperative Society headed by Khadse's wife in the recent past. At the same time, the existing Board of Directors has been dismissed and appointed as administrator in the District Milk Association. Former Minister of District Milk Union and former Safety Officer Nagaraj Patil had complained to the Government about irregularities in the administration of the District Milk Union and gross malpractices in the recruitment process of employees in this milk union. Complainant Nagaraj Patil said that the earlier Maha Vikas Aghadi government did not pay any attention to it. The new government has taken cognizance of the complaint and appointed a five-member inquiry committee on the matter. Eknath Khadse's only district in Jalgaon district was the milk union. However, Shinde and the BJP coalition government appointed a committee to look into the mismanagement of the place and on the other hand dismissed the existing board of directors and immediately appointed an administrator. This is being seen as a major setback for Eknath Khadse and it is being said that it will add to the difficulties of Eknath Khadse which have already come to the fore in several rounds of investigations.
