Agra: Tensions have increased for many families in Uttar Pradesh due to the start of the war by Russia in Ukraine. In the same sequence, Devendra Singh, a student from Bamrauli Katara in Agra, has sent a video from Ukraine. He is currently stranded in Ukraine. He said the situation here has worsened and so far many forms have been filled, but no reply has been given. Food isn't enough either.

He has said that to save more and more water, he is kept stuffing it in cups, bowls. The power-water supply may be cut off at any time. He said that five minutes ago, two fighter jets had passed over his head, so it felt as if it was the last moment of his life. Earlier on Friday, the UP government has issued helpline numbers to evacuate people stranded in Ukraine and also appointed a nodal officer.

At the same time, a notification said that the UP government has issued a helpline number 9454441081 to help residents of the state stranded in Ukraine and a nodal officer has been appointed. As per the notification, the State Control Room will have a toll free helpline number 0-(0522) 1070, mobile no. 0-9454441081 and email id. rahet@nic.in.
