Chandigarh: Agitated farmers dug out the helipad built before deputy CM Dushyant Chautala arrived in Haryana's Jind district. The farmers also raised slogans of Dushyant Chautala Go Back. Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala's helicopter was to land on the helipad today.

Dushyant Chautala's visit was cancelled in the wake of protests by farmers. Farmers say that unless Chautala supports farmers, they will not allow him to enter the area. Farmers said that Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala should resign and came to the farmers. He said that whichever leader comes here will be opposed like this. A day earlier, farmers had stopped the convoy of CM Manohar Lal Khattar and raised black flags and raised slogans opposing the central government's new agriculture law. Haryana Police has registered a case of murder and attempted riot against 13 farmers in the case.

A case has been registered against the farmers in Ambala itself. A group of agitating farmers had shown black flags on Tuesday to CM Khattar when his convoy was passing through Ambala city. Khattar had come to the city to address a public meeting in support of the party's candidate for the upcoming body elections.
