New Delhi: In the AgustaWestland Chopper scam, Congress is seen to be surrounded from all sides. Rajiv Saxena, the prime accused in the case, has taken the names of Salman Khurshid and Ahmed Patel, including Kamal Nath's son Bakul Nath, nephew Ratul Puri. Looking at the report, then the Chartered Accountant Saxena is being said to be the main accused in this scam of 3000 crores. In the Enforcement Directorate (ED) inquiry, Saxena has named Congress leaders. Since the names of Congress leaders have come out in the scam, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started attacking the Congress.

On Tuesday, Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, "there was no defence agreement during the Congress rule without taking bribe". He also said, 'BJP demands that Congress should not remain silent on this matter. Congress President, veteran senior leaders, former party president should tell the country what is their opinion on the facts that have come out. Because the names of many leaders have come up in the statement of the accused.'

Talking about Saxena, he is out on bail at this time. Saxena's assets worth Rs 385 crore have been seized in the interrogation conducted by the ED. The Law Minister targeted the Congress and said, 'No defence deal was done without loot. No defence agreement was done without a bribe and no defence deal benefiting Congress leaders. This has been the policy of Congress leaders.'
