On Wednesday, Congress leader Randeep Surjewala was granted bail by the Metropolitan Court in the ADC Bank defamation case. In the court, Surjewala declared himself innocent, Gujarat Congress spokesperson Manish Doshi granted him bail. The court granted bail to Surjewala on a bond of Rs 15,000. The next hearing, in this case, will be held on February 15, 2020.

According to media reports, a bailable warrant was issued against Surjewala in October 2019 for not appearing even after issuing summons twice.
