AHMEDABAD: After the break-up with her girlfriend, a man in Ahmedabad turned out into a monster and indulged in violent activities and sent explicit pictures and text messages to his ex-girlfriend and to her friends. The 23-year-old accused was identified as Abhishek Sharma. Sharma is employed as a cinematographer with a private company. The accused allegedly sent obscene pictures to the victim and her friends.

According to the sources, the accused was in a relationship with the victim from college days. The accused allegedly created several social media profiles on a photo-sharing portal and sent explicit content to the victim. The accused also made a profile on Instagram and shared obscene content to the victim's friend after learning that she had started seeing other men.

The accused and the victim had been in a relationship and had even decided to get married at one point. However, owing to constant fights between the two, the victim broke up with the accused. The accused sent her obscene pictures and text messages to the victim and her friend after he came to know that she started seeing other men. The accused created a number of social media profiles to share her nude pictures. The Cybercrime police arrested the accused after tracking the IP logs.
