Ingredients for making Malpua: 1 cup rice flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon fennel 2 tablespoons ghee 2 teaspoon cashew-almonds (finely chopped)

Method of making Malpua: For this, first of all, mix water and sugar in a pan and cook on low flame for about 5 minutes. Now take out this mixture in a bowl and leave it open to cool. When this sugar and water solution cools down, add rice flour, black pepper powder, fennel seeds to it and whisk it well.

Now after heating the ghee in a pan, add two teaspoons of ghee to the Malpua mixture and whisk it again. After this, heat the ghee in a wide pan and with the help of a spoon, add the Malpua mixture and spin it in the circle. Make made Malpua. After this, roast Malpua on medium flame till it becomes golden from both sides.
