New Delhi: All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief and Hyderabad MP Asaddudin Owaisi slams PM Modi over Muslim outreach remarks and said Modi should ensure that there no mob lynching of Muslims by cow vigilantes. He also took a jibe at Modi bowing down to the Constitution in Parliament on Saturday, stating “as given in our Constitution, Right to Life is for human beings, not animals. If PM realizes, fear in minorities will perish,” he said.

“If PM agrees that minorities live in fear, he should know that people who killed Akhlaq were sitting in the front bench of the electoral public meeting,” he said. He asks the PM, out of 300 BJP MPs, how many were Muslims? “This is the hypocrisy and contradiction that PM and his party have been practicing for the last 10 years,” Owaisi said.

“If PM feels Muslims live in fear, will he stop gangs, who in name of the cow are killing, beating Muslims, taking our videos & demeaning us?” Aimim president asked.

In a 75-minute speech delivered by PM Modi in Parliament’s Central Hall, Modi coined a new slogan ‘sabka saath, sabka vikas and sabka vishwas’. He instructed the MPs to win the confidence of those who did not vote for the BJP.

"Our mantra should be 'sabka saath, sabka vikas and sabka vishwas' (with all, for everybody's development and having everyone's trust)," he said.
