New Delhi: Akbaruddin Owaisi, an All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) MLA, is likely to face difficulties. Akbaruddin has been accused of giving hate speeches on July 23 and has now been ordered by the Karimnagar Court to file a case against him.

The fir was reportedly filed in the Karimnagar court by a BJP lawyer after the police refused to file an FIR. The court has then granted an order to file an FIR. After seeing all the documents, the Judicial Magistrate of Karimnagar has asked three police stations to file a case under Section 153 (Inflammatory Speech).

Akbaruddin will be booked under Section 153B and 506 (Threatening) of the IPC. However, the FIR has not yet been filed. An FIR will be lodged only after the copy of the court is reached by the police. While addressing the gathering, Junior Owaisi had said that his 15-minute statement was still in panic and he told people that he did not need to be afraid of THE RSS, Bajrang Dal and BJP.
