Air India flight from Jeddah arrives in Srinagar with 143 passengers on board

Due to coronavirus and lockdown, all possible help is given by the government to help the people of India and abroad. Now 143 passengers from South Arab have been brought back to Srinagar. An Air India flight from Jeddah arrived at Srinagar Airport with 143 passengers on Thursday to bring back the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir stranded abroad.

On the 11th day of domestic operations in the Union Territory, 21 domestic flights arrived at Jammu and Srinagar airports with 1,788 passengers. Out of this, a total of 290 passengers landed at Jammu airport through 8 commercial flights, while 13 flights carried approximately 1498 passengers to Kashmir airport. All the passengers were tested COVID-19 after arrival and then it was ensured that all the guidelines were followed to their destination.

There is a lockdown in the country. All people are facing difficulties. Most of the people are trapped abroad. To help such people, Operation Setu and Vande Bharat Mission were run by the government. Apart from this, work is being done to send people to their homes through special trains and buses. Apart from this, all people in the country are being advised to take precautions as no effective treatment has been found so far for this virus. The number of people who died of corona in the country has crossed 6 thousand, while the figure for infected has crossed two lakh. Every country is engaged in making vaccines at their level for the prevention of this disease, but currently, no effective treatment exists.
