Air strikes kill scores of IS militants fleeing Iraqi city of Fallujah

tyle="text-align: justify;">Airstrikes of the US-led alliance alongside Islamic State shattered more than 150 vehicles killing numerous hundred militants leaving the Iraqi city of Fallujah. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said yesterday that strikes destroyed two convoy of vehicles on Wednesday. US media reported that the operation involved helicopters and airplanes.

Iraq's Joint Operation Command Brigadier Yahya Rasool said that airstrikes destroyed about 200 vehicles with hundreds of Islamic State terrorists. The US-led coalition of more than 60 nations has been conducting airstrikes in Syria and Iraq against the IS since the summer of 2014.
