New Delhi. Many times, there have been complaints from airlines on behalf of the passengers who have been mistreated with the passengers. Perhaps you have faced this problem many times too. But recently the government has taken such initiative, after which the airlines will not be able to do this now. Yes ... and for this they have to pay a heavy penalty. According to sources, the government is preparing to bring new rules. According to these new rules of government, if the airlines misbehaved with passengers or behaved poorly, then they would be subjected to a huge fine.

Considering the reports, the steps are being taken to create some new rules as soon as possible to increase the rights of Aviation Regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). According to the media, DGCA will now be made more powerful than before, and then only after the aviation regulator will be able to impose heavy financial penalties in cases such as mistreatment and misbehavior with the passengers of the airport or the defect in poor services.

At present, the regulator may take such steps as licensing suspension, but in the recent cases like Indigo Airlines, where airline staff abused a passenger. Let me tell you after many other cases have been encountered, DGCA had warned the airline not to repeat such an incident.
