Prime Minister Narendra Modi has recently announced to extend the lockdown till May 3. Telecom companies have also come forward to help customers after the lockdown period has increased. Airtel and Vodafone Idea have announced to extend the validity of those mobile users till May 3, whose validity was expiring this month.
Let us tell you that in the first lockdown too, the telecom companies have announced to extend the validity of their mobile users by 17 April. Along with this, increasing the validity means that pre-paid customers whose validity is over or about to expire will not have any problem in lockdown and their incoming will continue till May 3. However, Geo has not yet said anything about extending the validity.
For your information, let us tell you that earlier telecom companies have given the facility to recharge mobiles from ATMs and missed calls. Apart from this, these companies are also giving 4-6% commission to those who are recharging others.
