Bharti Airtel, India's largest telecom service provider company, started the *121# Digital Care Platform in Hindi and 10 other regional languages - Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bangla, Oriya and Assamese on Friday.

Simultaneously, this platform for Airtel's millions of prepaid mobile customers across the country has become easier than ever. It's a unique initiative in the industry to empower its customers and offer the best in their range.

*121# through the digital care platform, Airtel prepaid customers can obtain minor information like balance amounts, recharge validity, last few transactions, immediately and easily. Apart from this, they will also get information about Airtel's current offer and they can activate / deactivate value-added services on their phones themselves.

For this free feature, customers will have to follow the menu easily navigating on their screen by dialing *121# from their mobile and they can take all the information related to their account in their favorite language in jokes. That is, there is no need to talk to the customer care executive or go to the Airtel retail store for general information related to their account.

* 121# Digital care is free and also comes with a data connection.
