Airtel has announced the closure of its 3G network globally in Kolkata. To supplement its 4G services, the company is deploying the state-of-the-art L900 technology of 900 MHz bands in 2300 MHz and 1800 MHz band. With the L900, Airtel smartphone customers will now be able to enjoy even better 4G availability inside buildings, homes, offices, and malls.
