Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s son Akash Ambani proposed his girlfriend shloka Mehta earlier this year in Goa in front of their families. Ambani family then organised a pre-engagement party for the closed ones. In which actors like Shahrukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Aamir Khan and Karan Johar registered their presence.
Now the couple is getting engaged with each other on 30th June. The engagement ceremony will take place in Mumbai at Ambani’s residence Antilla. Conforming the news pre-engagement video of Akash and shloka were sent to the family and friends as an invitation for the ceremony. The video is named ‘save the date’.The ‘Save the Date’ video has ‘Shubhaarambh’ from Kai Po Che as the background music and is being sent by parents of Akash and Shloka, Nita and Mukesh Ambani and Mona & Russell Mehta.
Akash and Shloka know each other for years. They went to the same school, Dhirubhai Ambani international school.
The wedding bells are all set to ring in December this year. The wedding will take place in the Plush Hotel in Mumbai.
Incidentally, Akash Ambani’s sister Isha Ambani has also got engaged with his boyfriend Anand Piramal. Their marriage will also take place in December.
This is going to be the grand wedding of all time.
