Lucknow: Akhilesh Yadav, the leader of the Samajwadi Party, accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) administration of compromising on the quality of the Purvanchal Expressway in order to reduce the project's cost and inaugurate it before the assembly elections to claim credit.

The Purvanchal expressway in Sultanpur will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday, November 16.
