Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) leader Rohit Agarwal has also targeted the Yogi government in the state over the budget. He posted on the indigenous social media platform Koo and wrote, "Today was the first budget session of the second term of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The public had high hopes, but according to its moves, character, and face, the BJP has presented an anti-poor, anti-middle-class budget. Just a web of statistics, no part of the budget is visible in the interest of the people. Even the budget has not been allocated for the promises made in its own manifesto. Farmers, youth, education and health have been completely neglected.''

Akhilesh Yadav hit out at the Yogi government and said that inflation is at its peak. The youth is roaming around unemployed. The children's education was ruined. Only the data is showing the spider web of development. The SP chief questioned that there was talk of doubling the income of farmers by 2022. We're in 2022. What happened to that promise? Inflation is at its peak. Elementary education has collapsed. Akhilesh Yadav said that the manifesto issued by this government in the last five years had said that the income of farmers will be doubled in 2022. Today we are in 2022. Will the Government tell us what happened to what was said to double the income of our farmers?

Akhilesh said that inflation is constantly on the rise. The price of pulses, oil, petrol-diesel, cement and steel. There is sadness in the village with their budget. Our young men, who were sitting there hoping that they would get a job and employment. In the statistics, it is seen that there is a job and employment, but on the ground, the youth is unemployed. Those who are poor, who were promised, will get wheat, rice, gram and oil. If you look at the figures, the Government is talking about giving food grains to crores of people. Will the government continue this scheme or not?
