Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav has once again attacked the central government regarding agricultural laws. Akhilesh has claimed that the grassroots workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) also want the central government to withdraw the new agricultural laws. He said that India's political leadership was never so barren.

Akhilesh tweeted saying, "BJP government should not cheat farmers across the country for the benefit of a few rich friends and withdraw agricultural legislation after today's talks. The worker also wants this, because he is not able to dare to go among the general public. India's political leadership has never been so barren." It is noteworthy that the Central Government has called on the farmers' organizations agitating against the new agricultural laws for talks on Wednesday.

Earlier, Akhilesh had described three new agricultural laws passed by the central government as 'death warrants' for farmers. He said that the three agricultural laws of the BJP government are death warrants for farmers. The SP is also struggling in the nationwide farmer movement against the policies of this government. Akhilesh said that SP leaders and activists are making farmers aware by planting Chaupals under the farmers' encirclement program, so fake cases have been filed against them in serious sections.
