Lucknow: The process of maha panchayat in western Uttar Pradesh has started due to the farmers' agitation that has been going on for three months against the agricultural law brought by the central government. Opposition parties have united in creating an atmosphere against the ruling BJP. After Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) vice-president Jayant Chaudhary, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, and Aam Aadmi Party President Arvind Kejriwal, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav is now trying to draw a political equation of western UP through the Kisan Panchayat.

The president of the Samajwadi Party (SP) is continuously raising a voice against the agricultural laws, but now the SP is going to openly support the farmers. SP president Akhilesh Yadav from Tappal (Aligarh), once famous for the farmers' movement, will address the Kisan Panchayat on Friday. This is the first rally of the SP in support of the farmers, through which they will try to help the farmers.

Not only Tappal, but Akhilesh will also address the Kisan Panchayat on March 19 in Bajna (Mathura), which was once the center of the farmers' movement. Along with this, the design of Kisan Panchayat is being prepared in Mawana and Kasganj of Meerut district. In Kisan Panchayat of Kasganj, Keshav Dev Maurya, the head of SP's allied great party, will also share the stage with Akhilesh.
