New Delhi: Police have arrested Shivabhai Ahir of Gujarat for making objectionable statements about the tragic demise of Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Bipin Rawat. Ahir had said in his controversial Facebook post, "It is Doval's turn after Pulwama traitor Manohar Parrikar and Army Chief Bipin Rawat. '

Haryana BJP spokesperson Arun Yadav had lodged a complaint against Ahir in connection with the controversial post. Acting on the case, the cyber crime team of Ahmedabad police has arrested Shivabhai Ahir. Shivabhai Ahir is said to be a supporter of samajwadi party (SP). Contrary to the news, police have also registered a case against a Tamil Nadu YouTuber who questioned the DMK government over the death of CDS Bipin Rawat in a helicopter crash. In fact, youTuber Maridhas did not like the administration questioning the DMK government in the state over the helicopter crash of CDS General Bipin Rawat.
Maridhas had expressed apprehension of conspiracy in the incident and urged the people of the country to come together to stop the separatist forces. The YouTuber had written in another tweet that CDS Rawat's death was DMK and ridiculed by supporters of DK. Police have registered a case against Maridhas under several sections of the IPC and detained him for questioning. Bjp supporters rushed to the police station and protested against the action taken against Maridhas.
