Akhilesh's cartoon on 'Bua Babua' Facebook page FIR on 49 people including Zuckerberg

Lucknow: A Samajwadi Party (SP) leader has filed a case on facebook page 'Bua Babua'. It is alleged that the page is being made with indecent remarks by posting cartoons and videos of SP national president and former CM Akhilesh Yadav. An FIR in this regard was lodged at Kannauj. According to reports, 49 people, including Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, have been named in the FIR. From page operators to likes, comments, shareholders of the cartoon, the SP leader objects to it.

According to the report, SP leader and lawyer Amit Yadav, a resident of Sarathi village in Kannauj, had approached the court against the page. After which Chief Judicial Magistrate of Kannauj District Court Dharamvir Singh ordered the police to register a case on Monday (November 29, 2021). A case under Section 156 has been registered at Thathia police station in the case. Complainant Amit Kumar alleged that a Facebook page called Bua Babua operates on Facebook. There are indecent remarks about Akhilesh Yadav and cartoons are being made. According to the report, a cartoon of Akhilesh Yadav was recently shared on this page. Thithia police station in-charge Narayan Vajpayee said that a case is being registered and investigated after the court order.

Complainant Amit Kumar has alleged that he had sent an application to the Superintendent of Police in this regard through a registered post on May 25 this year. But no action was taken. He then approached the court. A report has also been sent to Facebook's headquarters in California to close the page.
