Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon are working together for the second time after Housefull. Well fans are excited to see their duo in Bachchan Pandey as the two look great together.

If we talk about Bachchan Pandey film, apart from Kriti Sanon, the film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez who is currently embroiled in controversy over her relationship with Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is currently accused of cheating rs 300 crore. There have also been reports of Jacqueline being replaced by several films for a long time as she does not have orders to leave India at the moment. The film is being directed by Farhad Samji and is being made by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film was earlier scheduled to release on January 26, 2022 but it will not happen and will now be released in March.

The film was said to be a remake of South film Veeram but it was denied several times. However, According to reports, Akshay Kumar's film is a remake of tamil film Jigarthanda. Jigarthanda was a Tamil action thriller that is the story of a struggling filmmaker (Siddharth) and a gangster (Bobby Simha). The filmmaker wants to be a good director in this film and so he thinks of making a film on gangsterism. Jigarthanda was also inspired by a South Korean film A Dirty Carnival.
