Akshay, who is currently busy shooting for Sooryavanshi, met legendary singer Asha Bhosle.Sharing a picture with Asha Bhosle, Akshay captioned the image, "It was so lovely meeting the wonderful @asha.bhosleji today. Chai and some fun chatter made for a perfect Sunday evening!" 

Akshay's mother-in-law Dimple Kapadia also joined them  who is in news lately for bagging a role in Hollywood filmmaker Christopher Nolan's upcoming film Tenet and RJ Anmol, who is the husband of actress Amrita Rao. Asha Bhosle shared the image on her Instagram account and wrote, "The great company made the food taste even better..."

On the work front, Akshay Kumar finished a schedule of his film Laxmmi Bomb, a song for Housefull 4 and is currently busy with Sooryavanshi. Director of Laxmmi Bomb, Raghava Lawrence left the film last week after the first look poster launch of the film. He stated on Twitter that he felt disrespected and wasn't consulted about the first look by the producers.

However, last night he shared further information saying the makers are coming in to meet him today to discuss his unfortunate exit as the director. He said that if things go well, he might think about returning as a director for the much-awaited remake of his Tamil hit Kanchana.
