Alaya Furniturewala must have been seen by all of you for the first time in the film 'Jawani Jaaneman'. Adakara made her Bollywood debut with this film. Now, as per the recent information, Alaya Furniturewala has been signed by producer Ekta Kapoor in her upcoming film. Yes, there are reports that this upcoming film will be a Hindi remake of kannada superhit film 'U-Turn'. Meanwhile the teaser of the film has also been released which you can see here. In fact, Alaya herself shared the teaser on social media.
Releasing the teaser of the film, Adakara captioned it on Instagram, 'Sometimes taking shortcuts in life is not the only way to move forward. Think twice and take a U-turn before changing the way for your journey. Tell you that the film, which is being produced by Ekta Kapoor, is going to be directed by Arif Khan who will have the film. While Samantha Akkineni played the lead role in the original Kannada film, Alaya Furniturewala will now be seen in the film. The film is a thriller film and the shooting is set to begin on July 6, 2021.
Ekta Kapoor had spoken to a website about Alaya being signed in the film. He said, 'Alaya was fantastic in her debut film. I am sure she will connect with the audience. U-turn a very exciting film with a lot of twists and turns. I am happy that Alaya is working in this film'.
