Some people consume alcohol occasionally while some on daily basis. But if you're in one who drinks it daily then have you ever thought that is it good or not! A new study has found that if you have a habit of drinking at night then it is not good for your brain.

The research found that during the evening or at night the drink affects the circadian rhythm of the body. Indeed, our body runs on the basis of biological timetable, which is called circadian rhythm. That is, it genetically controls the level of energy, production of hormones, brain work and time in the predetermined form.

-Alcohol is the most commonly used drug in the world, says John Jacobson, a student and lead author of PhD in Australia's Adelaide University. Jacobin says that we need to understand biological mechanisms which drive the need for alcohol drinks. They say that we should also check out the effect of the drink on the brain's immune system.

-To study, a team of researchers stopped the brains of rats by giving a medication to drink. It blocks a specific reaction from the immune system in the brain. So that changes in their brain behavior and immunization can be investigated.

-Research results showed that there was the considerable reduction in the behavior of alcohol by rats. Jacobov concludes that after using this on the rats, they are actually summoned to drink alcohol in the evening. Researchers believe that this study will play an important role in understanding the behavior of drinking alcohol in humans and also prepare a way for further research to understand its effects.
