Now, according to the latest report, Alia has been signed on to play the titular role in the biopic of Arunima Sinha who is India's first female amputee who climbed the Mount Everest and achieved the rare feet.
According to the reports, Alia studied her story and gave her nod to the project. Although the producers haven't locked her dates yet, given that her diary is packed with other film commitments, they expect to begin the project in 2020. As per the source, this will be another booster to Alia career. Reports also reveal that the film would have backing by Karan Johar who has been in loop about the developments around the project.
