The first major press conference of RRR directed by SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan, Jr NTR and Danayya has few takeaways and few declarations including the revelation of the plot, characters, release date and obviously, the big news that Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, and Daisy Edger Jones being part of its cast. However, one man who stole the thunder completely was SS Rajamouli. The entire consideration was on Rajamouli and the greater parts of the questions posed by the press were to Rajamouli. Despite having two big stars - Ram Charan and Jr NTR - on the dais, the media's attention was on Rajamouli.

This clearly shows that RRR will be projected/situated as a Rajamouli-brand film rather than a Charan & NTR film. This could be a little disappointment to the fans of Tarak and Charan, however, one needs to admit the fact that Rajamouli today is a national brand and his movies have an international presence, all thanks to Baahubali. Even the likes of Alia, Ajay, and Daisy agreed to be part of this magnum opus because of Baahubali fame Rajamouli than for Ram Charan or Jr NTR. Alia had been approached before for a few Telugu films, however, she had delicately rejected them. But she has now agreed to be part of RRR, because of Rajamouli.
In any case, NTR and Charan themselves admitted that they have agreed to do the film together simply because of Rajamouli, more than its story. This says everything. One Telugu director who rose above stars in the ongoing occasions is Rajamouli for sure and he is effectively giving tough competition to star heroes in terms of eye-catching. At the end of the day, Rajamouli's charisma in addition to that of Charan and NTR will certainly be a huge advantage for RRR and help the movie to increase its market complex. Thus, in the end, it's good for the movie (RRR) and the whole industry as well.
