Mumbai: A sensational incident of rape in Akola, Maharashtra has also been heard. Three boys have gang-raped two minor girls. The incident has created a sensation in the area. The police have taken the three accused into custody.

It is worth noting that the boy a friend of one of the two girls resident of the Civil Line Police Station area, has said, ''I want to talk to your friend.'' By giving this kind of bluff, he took her to the bushes, where three boys raped her.

After committing the crime, he also threatened to kill her if she told anyone anything. After this, the other girl was given a cold drink mixed with drugs. After which the girl fell unconscious, later she was also raped. Somehow after getting free from their clutches, the girls reached home and narrated their ordeal. Hearing this the people of the house were shocked.

The family members of the two girls reached the Civil Lines police station and filed a case against the youths. The police have arrested three persons in connection with the case. A case has been registered against them under the POSCO Act and gang rape. The incident was confirmed by Civil Lines police station officer Mukund Kulkarni.
