New Delhi: The news is coming out essential for those who are fond of drink. In fact, from October, all private liquor shops (Private Liquor Shops) will be closed and only government stores will be opened. Buying alcohol now will not be easy. In fact, all private liquor shops in the country's capital Delhi will close from October.

There are currently more than 720 liquor shops operating in Delhi, out of which 260 shops are private. According to the new excise policy, after allotment of licences in all the 32 zones, the government had extended the licence of private liquor shops till September 30, which will no longer be issued further. Due to this, all 260 private shops will be closed from October 1. According to Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia (Manish Sisodia), Delhi has been divided into 32 zones under the new excise policy, out of which the process of allotment of licences has been completed in 20 zones.

He said new shops will be opened in the capital from November 17 under the new excise policy, till then liquor will be sold only at government shops. Manish Sisodia said the new excise policy will change a lot in this entire system. According to the new policy, any liquor store will need to have at least 500 square feet of shop.
