Bhopal: Markets were closed due to lockdown. The situation is becoming normal. However, the arrangement to open all the shops in the old and new city markets five days a week will start from Monday. Collector Tarun Pithode ordered all shops to be opened five days a week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri) from 8 am to 8:30 pm. Shops on Saturday and Sunday, except grocery, medical, milk-curd and vegetable-fruit shops will remain closed. This new system has been welcomed by all the traders of the city. After being allowed to open shops for five days, the business stalled in the lockdown will reach 70 to 80%. This will create the situation before lockdown. Those whose employment was lost will get employment again.

President of Bhopal Hotel and Restaurant Association Tejkul Pal Singh has told that restaurants will also be open 5 days a week. On Saturday and Sunday, the restaurant operators will be able to make online delivery on holidays.
