Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) strongman Azam Khan's stars are going on these days. Azam Khan is getting setbacks in legal matters every day. Meanwhile, the Allahabad High Court has dismissed a petition seeking the removal of policemen posted at Muhammad Ali Jauhar University. Police personnel were deployed inside the university after the municipality's cleaning machine was found buried under the ground inside the Jauhar University campus.

A petition was filed in the Allahabad High Court to cancel the deployment of policemen, on which the High Court has now rejected this petition. In Fact, in September this year, machines of the local municipal corporation in Rampur were found buried under the soil on the premises of the university. These machines were used for cleaning. These machines were revealed in the interrogation of the police after the arrest of two suspects claiming to be close to SP MLA Abdullah Azam Khan.

Ali Jauhar University is spread over about 300 acres in the Rampur district of Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, SP leader Azam Khan is accused of grabbing people's land for the expansion of this university. According to the allegation, Azam Khan, through his trust, forcibly occupied the land of the villagers and included it in the university. In this case, the investigation conducted by the Yogi government of the state has revealed that only 12 and a half acres of the university land are legal, and the rest of the land is illegal.
