Ahmedabad: PM Narendra Modi has written a blog on his mother Hiraba's 100th birthday. In which they have shared memorable moments from the time when they used to be children. PM Modi has thanked his mother, who explained to his family the importance of finding their own happiness in the happiness of other people. PM Modi told how after the death of his father's friend, his son came and started living in his house. Pm Modi said in a blog on his official website, "Mother used to find her happiness in the happiness of others. Our house was small, but his heart was very big. My father's close friends lived in a nearby village. After his untimely demise, the father brought his son Abbas to our house. He stayed with us and completed his studies. '

Pm Modi said in his blog, "Mother was as affectionate and caring for Abbas as much as she used to be with all of us brothers and sisters. Every year on the occasion of Eid, the mother used to cook the food of her choice. On festivals, it was normal for neighbourhood children to come to our house and enjoy the special preparations of mother. Whenever a sadhu would come to our neighbourhood, the mother would politely call them to our house for food.  Let us know that today on the 100th birthday of his mother, PM Modi went to Gandhinagar and took the blessings of his mother. Praising the mother, the PM wrote, "In line with her selfless nature, she used to urge the sadhus to bless us children instead of asking for anything for themselves. She would request them, 'Bless my children to be happy in the happiness of others and empathise in their misery.' There should be devotion and service in them. '

In the pictures of PM Narendra Modi meeting his mother, which have surfaced in the media, PM Modi can be seen taking the blessings of his mother, feeding her prasad and washing mother's feet. Let us know that PM Modi was sworn in as prime minister in 2014. After becoming pm, he first visited his hometown Vadnagar in October 2017. It is the same city in eastern Gujarat where at a railway station, PM Modi used to help sell tea to his father in his childhood. This dilapidated tea shop has been repaired. Along with this, the railway station has also been beautified.
