Okra – 1/2 kg
Potatoes – 3
Onions – 2
Garlic buds – 4–5
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli – 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Amchur – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes – 2 tsp
Oil – 1/4 cup
Salt – by taste

Method of making potato-okra vegetable- To make potato-okra vegetable, first of all wash the okra with water and wipe it with a cotton cloth. After this, cut small pieces of okra. Now take the potatoes and peel them and cut them into square pieces or into pieces of your choice. After this, wash the potatoes in water and remove them in a bowl and set them aside. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add potatoes to it and fry them until crispy and golden. After this, take the fry potatoes out in a plate. Now cut the onion into long slices and cut the garlic into small pieces as well. After this, put them in the remaining oil in the pan and fry until light brown. The onion has to be fried so that its rawness is eliminated.

Now add okra to it and fry with onions for about 1 minute. Now slow down the flame of the gas and add fry potatoes to it, mix well and cook. Now you add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchur, chili flax and salt to taste in the vegetable and mix well. Now let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now cover the pan and let the vegetable cook for 5-6 minutes. During this time, keep running the vegetable in between so that the vegetable does not stick to the pan. The vegetable has to be cooked until the potatoes and okra are completely soft. Take the delicious potato okra is ready.
