Ingredients of Aloo Chokha
4 medium boiled potato
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon green chilli
black pepper as required
1 teaspoon mustard oil
2 medium onion
6 teaspoon coriander leaves
salt as required
How to make Aloo Chokha
Step 1
To start with, peel and mash the boiled potatoes and transfer them to a bowl. Keep it aside for a few minutes to let it cool slightly. Take a chopping board and chop coriander leaves, onions, green chili and garlic.
Step 2
Add onions, garlic, mustard oil, green chilies, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Step 3
Season with salt and black pepper and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and let it cool.
