Famous Aloo Chokha or Aloo Bhar, eaten with Dal Baati, you may have eaten many times but today we are going to share with you its special recipe.
Necessary Ingredients
7-8 pieces (boiled) potatoes
2 pieces onion
1 nos tomato,
2 pieces Green Chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
For tempering we need
02 pieces (whole) red chillies
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ghee
Method of preparation - Firstly peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Peel the garlic and grind it finely and chop the green chillies finely. Now add chopped onion, tomato, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste and mix well. Now heat ghee in a frying pan. When the ghee is hot, add garlic and red chilli and fry it. Now add the tempering material to the potato mixture and mix it well with the help of a spoon. Remove it in a serving plate and serve it with hot baati, parantha or puri.
