Ingredients for making potato kulcha-
for filling
Boiled potatoes – 6
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 2
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste

To create a kulcha
Maida – 2 cups
Curd – 1/2 cup
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Sugar bura – 2 tbsp
dry flour
Salt – to taste

Method of making aloo kulcha - To make aloo kulcha, first boil the potatoes and then peel them and mash them in a pot. Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Now take another pot and add flour to it. Now add sugar, baking soda, curd and salt to the flour and mix it to taste. Now add a little water to it and prepare the soft dough by kneading. After kneading the dough, set it aside for 20 minutes. After this, you take the dough after the stipulated time and add a spoonful of oil to it and knead it well once again. Now prepare large dough doughs. Now take a large dough and press it lightly. Now add dry flour to it and take a light thick vine.

Now put a spoonful of potato mixture in it and pack it from all sides and make its dough. Now place the coriander leaves on one side of the loaves and press it. After that, turn the loaves and put a little bit of flour in it and take the kulcha in the shape you like. Now you heat it by placing a nonstick pan/tawa on medium flame. Now apply a little water on the rolled kulche and put it on the frying pan. Keep in mind that apply on the side where coriander leaves are not attached. Applying water will stick well on the kulcha frying pan. When the kulcha is well baked from one side, turn the frying pan upside down on the heat of the gas. By doing this, the kulcha on the side of coriander will also be well-healed. After this, when the kulcha is well baked, remove it from the pan and put butter on it. Just like this, prepare all the loaves of dough.
