Essential Materials
1 cabbage
1 potato
1 carrot (optional)
1/2 cup peas
1 tsp whole cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 dry red chilli
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
pinch of turmeric
1 tbsp garam masala
Oil as needed
salt to taste

Recipe- First place the oil in a pan on medium heat to warm. Now add cumin seeds, bay leaf, dry red chillies as soon as the oil heats up. Then, as soon as the cumin seeds start crackling, add cabbage and potatoes and mix well while handling them bitterly. Now add turmeric, salt, cumin powder and cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to add water at all as cabbage contains water itself. After the stipulated time, it will be seen that the cabbage is half cooked. Now add the peas and cover again and cook for 5 minutes.  After 5 minutes, mix garam masala in the entire vegetable and turn off the heat. Now take the potato cabbage masala ready.

Note: Adding peas later will not clasp much and look whole. Also, it is better to boil the peas a little earlier. At the same time, you can use both raw and boiled potatoes.
