Srinagar: The Amarnath Yatra may begin from July 21. Based on the report of intelligence agencies, Baba Barfani's journey is expected to begin. According to the information given by the sources, only 10,000 devotees will be allowed to travel. In view of this, full security arrangements are being made.

It is being told that this time the Amarnath Yatra will take place only through the Baltal route. A trip by helicopter is also being considered, but no decision has been taken yet. According to sources, only 500 devotees will be allowed to go to the cave in a day. Devotees coming from outside will have to check the corona. Until the corona investigation report of the devotees comes negative, they will have to stay in the Quarantine Center.

The idea is to allow only devotees under the age of 55 years. Online registration can be arranged. It is being told that there will be a journey of Amarnath for about 2 weeks, meaning the journey will last till August 3. According to sources, devotees going on Amarnath Yatra will have a test in Lakhanpur, Kathua. Elderly people can be prevented from going on the journey. The local administration is engaged in the test, living and preparing for the devotees coming to Lakhanpur.
