Amazon has also dealt a major blow to its users. Taking Amazon Prime membership is going to be expensive in India from today. Now, the price has been increased to 50 percent or Rs.500. Under recent information, all plans for Amazon Prime have been made costlier. Now, as per the new plan, you will have to spend Rs. 1499 for the year-long plan of Amazon Prime membership. Although the plan was earlier priced at Rs 999, it means that the plan has been made costlier by Rs 500.

The month-long plan of Amazon Prime, which was earlier priced at Rs.129, has been increased by Rs.50. Now you have to spend Rs.179 on this plan. You will now have to spend 459 for the three-month plan of Amazon Prime. The plan, which was earlier priced at Rs 329, means that the plan has been hiked by more than 39 percent. Along with prime membership, you also get access to Prime Video, Prime Music, and Prime Reading.

Amazon had also confirmed that the company was introducing a Prime Video app for macOS as well. It was said that users can download it for free from App Store Mac Apple. The new app will allow Prime Video users to stream or download Prime video content for Apple Mac devices.
