Mumbai: Investigations are still on in connection with the discovery of explosives outside industrialist Mukesh Ambani's house. The investigation is being conducted by the NIA team and now the same team has seized two phones. According to information received, the phones were recovered by NIA from Tihar jail in Delhi from alleged Indian Mujahideen chief Tehseen Akhtar. Not only that, Akhtar has admitted that both these phones belong to him. On the other hand, he has denied both the messages sent on Telegram. Let me tell you that by sending these two messages, Jaish-Ul-Hind, a terror outfit, had taken the responsibility of placing explosives in the SUV outside Ambani's house.

Let us also tell all of you that the NIA has seized these phones from the Office of Delhi Police Special Cell in Lodhi Colony last week. Sources close to the case say, "The agency is investigating the evidence against a senior Mumbai Police officer. Permission will then be sought for his arrest.'' Akhtar is also said to have taken over as IM chief after the arrest of Indian Mujahideen co-founder Yasin Bhatkal in 2013. In fact, Akhtar is also accused in the 2011 Mumbai blasts.

The phones were recovered from Tihar jail officials and Delhi police special cell barracks during a search operation. According to a report on a well-known website, 'These phones were being used by him as well as six other prisoners. Among them was a member of Al-Qaeda. The police now seized both the phones and sent them for forensic examination.'
