He said the US is disappointed by some of India's reactions to the Ukraine-Russia war. He told media persons at an event organised by the international news website Christian Science Monitor on Wednesday, "There have been many occasions in the context of war where we have been disappointed with the decisions of both China and India." He further said that the US has told India that if India, If it further enhances its strategic partnership with Russia, India will have to face long-term consequences.
