Washington: The International Commission for Human Rights and Religious Freedom (ICHRRF), a US-based non-profit organisation, has officially recognised the gruesome massacre of Kashmiri Hindus in Jammu and Kashmir. After hearing about the issue, the ICHRRF has announced to recognize the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus. According to a press release, on March 27, 2022, the ICHRRF had convened a special public hearing on the Kashmiri Hindu genocide (1989-1991). During this time, many victims and survivors of ethnic and cultural destruction spoke in this regard and presented evidence. Which was a profound shock to the ICHRRF after being knowledgeable and listening to it.

In their own country, many Kashmiri Hindus, who were victims of genocide, ethnic annihilation and exile, bravely narrated the story of the barbarism that happened to them. They explained how they suffered hell in Kashmir at the hands of radical Islamic terrorists and even had to fight to save their existence, what kind of difficulties they faced for rehabilitation. Sharing their annoying experiences, they have termed it alike to the Jewish genocide. When the Nazis killed six million Jews, including 1.5 million children, to root out the Jews. A press release issued by the ICHRRF said, "Thousands of houses and temples were destroyed. More than 4,00,000 Kashmiri Hindu men, women and children were forced to be deported at gunpoint by Islamic militants, evicted from their homes and everything they know.''

The ICHRRF also admitted that extremists in Kashmir gang-raped women, cut them into two pieces with a saw and killed Kashmiri Hindus in the most brutal and ruthless manner. Now, this culture stands on the verge of extinction after being self-supporting for 32 years. Those who chose to stay in their homeland did so by believing in the well being of their neighbours. Victims and survivors expressed hope, peace, non-violence and security. They faced rape, torture and murder by radical Islamist terrorists. The mutilated corpses were culturally deprived of even the rituals of funeral rites and worked to create panic in the minds of the rest.

Let us tell you that when the politicians of India, many actors and veterans have closed their eyes and closed their ears to this gruesome massacre, in such a situation, ICHRRF has termed it as extremely painful. The organization found that even after going through such a violent tragedy, Kashmiri Hindus have no interest in spreading violent vendetta or anti-Muslim propaganda.
