Kushinagar: A video of the attack on the convoy of former minister and SP candidate Swami Prasad Maurya, who is contesting from Fazilnagar assembly constituency in Kushinagar in Uttar Pradesh, has surfaced. In this video, BJP leaders are seen pelting stones on Swami Prasad Maurya's vehicle while showing stones on their vehicles.

In fact, former minister and Samajwadi Party candidate Swami Prasad Maurya was holding a roadshow in Godaria yesterday (Tuesday). Due to this, there was a long-standing of Samajwadi Party workers and their supporters. During the roadshow in Godaria, there came a time when the convoy of the BJP candidate was passing in front. The convoy of the Samajwadi Party and the BJP came face to face.

Due to this, a dispute broke out between the Supporters of the Samajwadi Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party over something and as soon as they saw each other, there was also a fight. It is being said that at this time Swami Prasad Maurya's convoy had overtaken, but dozens of vehicles in the convoy were behind and BJP supporters started pelting stones indiscriminately on the convoys of the Samajwadi Party. However, Bhartiya Janata Party workers claim that their convoys were first stoned. In the video, photos of the vandalism of several convoys with the BJP's flag are also seen. While the video was being recorded, the remaining vehicles of Samajwadi Party supporters started leaving, on which BJP supporters started pelting stones indiscriminately. The same case is now being investigated.
