Ranchi: The case of raising slogans of Pakistan Zindabad in Hazaribagh of Jharkhand has come to light. It is being told that after the counting of votes of three-tier panchayat elections in Hazaribagh on Saturday (May 22, 2022) by the crowd in the victory procession of Amina Khatoon in the joy of winning the post of Panchayat Samiti member in Shiladih Panchayat of Barkatha block. Slogans of 'Pakistan Zindabad' were raised. Its video is also becoming fiercely viral on social media. The police have registered a case against 62 people including the elected representative in this case, in which 12 are named.

Hazaribagh Superintendent of Police (SP) Manoj Ratan Chauth has given information in this regard. He told that after the video of such slogans being raised in the victory procession of Amina Khatoon went viral, the police have registered an FIR at Korra police station, in which 12 people have been named. Along with this, 50 unidentified people have also been made accused in the case. According to reports, after the video of sloganeering went viral, some people complained to the police-administration. In this regard, an FIR was lodged by the appointed magistrate during the counting of votes in Korra police station. Viral video has been made the basis of FIR. In the FIR, newly elected Panchayat Samiti member Sameera Biwi, her son Shamim Ansari and Amina's supporters have been made accused.

The Superintendent of Police said that the Magistrate Vinod Kumar, appointed during the counting of votes, took cognizance of the matter and lodged an FIR in this regard at the Korra police station. He said that action will also be taken against whoever is found guilty in this case. Orders have been given to investigate the Korra police station in-charge and the magistrate posted at the counting site.
